Either party may terminate the legal service relationship according to the provisions of the engagement agreement. After termination, you are entitled to copies of documents for completed work, but must settle all outstanding fees.
In certain circumstances, such as the emergence of conflicts of interest or violations of professional conduct standards, we may need to immediately terminate the service relationship.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. For cross-border matters, we will follow relevant international legal principles and best practices.
11. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services should first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes should be resolved through:
- Arbitration by Ningbo Arbitration Commission (for clients in China)
- International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) arbitration (for international clients)
- Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) arbitration (for Asia-Pacific clients)
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through website announcements or direct notification. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the modified terms.
