Consultation & Booking
You can book consultations through our online booking system, customer service hotline 400-123-4567, or WeChat mini-program. We offer three consultation methods: in-person, video, and phone consultations, and you can choose based on your needs.
Consultation fees vary by method: phone consultation $150/hour, video consultation $225/hour, in-person consultation $300/hour. First-time consultations include a complimentary 20-minute assessment.
Please prepare relevant contracts, agreements, corporate documents, correspondence, etc. For IP issues, please prepare relevant technical documents, patent application materials, etc. This will help lawyers better understand your situation.
Absolutely confidential. We strictly adhere to lawyer practice standards and confidentiality agreements. All consultation content is legally protected and will not be disclosed to any third party.

The process includes: IP status assessment → protection strategy development → application document preparation → submission of applications → tracking review progress → enforcement services. We will regularly report progress throughout the process.
It mainly addresses legal compliance issues faced by enterprises in cross-border operations, including: import/export trade compliance, cross-border data transfer, tax compliance, anti-money laundering compliance, sanctions compliance, and other legal risk management aspects.
Our dispute resolution success rate exceeds 92%. We prioritize resolving disputes through negotiation and mediation. When litigation or arbitration is necessary, we also have extensive trial experience and a professional litigation team.
The report includes: basic company information, financial status analysis, legal compliance status, major contract review, litigation and arbitration situations, IP status, risk assessment and recommendations, and other core content.
Pricing
Fees are calculated based on service type, complexity, and workload. We provide a transparent pricing system: project-based fees, hourly rates, annual retainer fees, and other methods. Specific fees will be clearly communicated before service begins.
For larger projects, we support installment payments. Usually paid in 2-3 installments according to project progress, and specific payment methods can be negotiated.
Fees typically include: lawyer service fees, document preparation fees, material printing fees, etc. Excluded are: government fees, notarization fees, translation fees, travel expenses, and other third-party costs, which will be listed separately.
We can issue VAT ordinary invoices or special invoices. Please provide invoice header, taxpayer identification number, and other information before service begins. Invoices will be issued within 5 business days of payment.
We offer consultation discounts for first-time clients, annual retainer service discounts for long-term clients, and startup support discounts for new enterprises. Please contact our customer service for specific discount policies.
Service Process
The general process is: needs communication → solution development → contract signing → service execution → deliverable completion → ongoing support. We maintain close communication with you at every stage.
Service cycles vary by project: contract review 1-3 business days, IP applications 3-12 months, due diligence 2-4 weeks, dispute resolution 3-18 months. We will provide accurate time estimates before project begins.
We provide a professional project management system where you can view service progress, milestone deliverables, and schedules in real-time. Additionally, the responsible lawyer will regularly report progress to you.
Yes. We provide a 3-month free consultation period where you can consult on related issues. For annual retainer clients, we provide year-round continuous legal support.
